Dear Friends,
I am Father Michael McLoughlin. I have been Pastor of St. Columba Parish since 2014. It is an honor to pastor such a vibrant, active parish! I was born in Mt. Kisco, NY to Michael and Mary McLoughlin, both Irish immigrants. I have one brother and two sisters. Early on my parents moved to Chappaqua, and I was educated at St. John and St. Mary School. Further education includes John F. Kennedy Catholic High School in Somers, Cathedral College of the Immaculate Conception in Douglaston, Queens and St. Joseph’s Seminary in Yonkers where I was awarded an M. Div. I was ordained a Deacon in 1980 and served at Sacred Heart, Suffern. I was ordained a Priest in 1981, and I served as Parochial Vicar at St. Rita, Staten Island, St. Peter, Rosendale, and St. John the Baptist, Yonkers. My Pastorates have been at Sacred Heart, Highland Falls, St. Stephen, Warwick, and now St. Columba, Hopewell Junction. I welcome you to St. Columba, and I am delighted to be of service to you.
