Request a Mass Card

The Church has a beautiful tradition of offering Masses for the intentions of a particular person, to be remembered in a special way by the priest during the Mass as well as by the whole congregation.

If you wish to request a Mass intention, please fill out the form below. When the Mass card is ready, we will contact you and arrange for pick-up, at which time you can also drop off the associated donation. You will be able to pick up at any time; instructions on where to pick up your card will be sent to you when we confirm it is ready for you.

A note on Mass types: Announced Masses take place on a specific day/time and are announced by the priest at the beginning of Mass. Unannounced Masses are offered as silent intentions by the priest on a date/time of his choosing along with other unannounced intentions.
